Fair Trade Resource Network
http://www.ifat.org/
http://www.ifat.org/ represents the global network of Fair Trade
Organizations with a mission to improve the livelihoods and well
being of disadvantaged producers by linking and promoting Fair Trade
Organizations, and speaking out for greater justice in world trade.
Fair Trade is an organized social movement and market-based model
of international trade which promotes the payment of a fair price as
well as social and environmental standards in areas related to the
production of a wide variety of goods. The movement focuses in
particular on exports from developing countries to developed countries,
most notably handicrafts, coffee, cocoa, sugar, tea, bananas, honey,
cotton, wine, fresh fruit, and so on.
Fair trade's strategic intent is to deliberately work with marginalized
producers and workers in order to help them move from a position of
vulnerability to security and economic self-sufficiency. It also aims at
empowering them to become stakeholders in their own organizations and
actively play a wider role in the global arena to achieve greater equity
in international trade.
Fair trade proponents include a wide array of international religious,
development aid, social and environmental organizations such as Oxfam,
Amnesty International, and Caritas International.
Like most developmental efforts, fair trade has proven itself
controversial and has drawn criticism from both ends of the political
spectrum. Some economists and conservative think tanks see fair trade as
a type of subsidy that impedes growth. Segments of the left criticize
fair trade for not adequately challenging the current trading system.

Internet Marketing
After you'll have a website, you will need to start
learning about internet marketing. The following free 41-page Ebook
reveals How To... Written by Soren Jordansen,
it's an excellent step by step guide on how
to create successful online business.
Soren wrote this ebook based on a major
survey of his lists and a lot of feedback
from his members and blog readers.
The end result is a formula that makes it
impossible for you to fail - if you are
completely new to internet marketing, this ebook
will give you great introduction to internet
marketing. The e-book is written for the new marketer
or for any other marketer
who is stuck and hasn't yet experienced
success online.
Everything is
covered - from choosing a web
host, building a squeeze page, monetizing
the list building process,
how to set up a profit pulling email series.
The traffic generation system starts with
methods that generate tons
of free traffic immediately and progresses
through more advanced and
time consuming tactics as well as using paid
traffic to build your business -- if you
will have a website you will need traffic to that
website otherwise it does not matter how good is
your product, you will not sell it without
potential customers coming in to have a look what
you sell -- key is how do you find and get those
potential customers to come in and have a look at
what you're selling!
My recommendation is to get your hands on this free
internet marketing e-book and go from there.

Internet Marketing -- Online Advertising - Using
Google AdWords
Once you have a website you soon realize that using
Google AdWords is a one very useful advertising
strategy to use to bring traffic to your website. Of
course it is not that simple. Yes, you can bid on
keywords and get to the first page of search results
but all of your competition wants to be on that
first page too. Needless to say not all keywords are
going to bring in the traffic. How do you know which keywords
to use and what keywords does your competition use?
This is where Adwords Spy tool comes
is. The following is a free keyword
research tool by Brad Callen; he also offers paid version
but you can decide on that one later. The free version will get you started.
Basically, you install the software and when you
perform a Google search on any keyword, it places
a "view keywords" button directly below any Adwords
advertiser's listing.
If you click the "view keywords" button, you can see
the keywords - ANY Adwords advertiser is bidding on! Plus, a bunch of other very useful
information. This is really very
powerful information, especially being free.
